By browsing or buying from our shop, you’re agreeing to the rules below. We’ve kept the language friendly, but the legal bits are all in there, so please read through.

- Faith‑inspired apparel, journals, and creativity. All items are described as accurately as possible. Colours, sizes, and designs may vary slightly due to the nature of handmade or printed goods.
- Limited‑stock items. If an item sells out after you’ve added it to your basket, we’ll let you know right away and either refund you or offer a similar product.
- Digital downloads (if any). Instant access after purchase. No returns or refunds for digital goods once downloaded.
5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
- Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
- Payment methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely.
- Currency: All amounts are in GBP; no conversion fees are added by us.
- Taxes: As a UK seller, we charge the appropriate VAT. If you’re a VAT‑registered business, you can request a VAT invoice.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Where we ship: Only within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).
- Shipping options: Standard (3‑7 business days). Costs are shown at checkout.
- Order processing: We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delays: Occasionally, carriers experience delays (e.g., weather, strikes). We’ll keep you posted, but we’re not liable for such events.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- How to start: Email us at troofandflocc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Refund method: We’ll refund the purchase price (excluding shipping, unless the item was faulty and where shipping was charged) to the original payment method.
- Faulty or wrong items: If we sent the wrong product or it arrived damaged, we’ll cover return postage and either replace it or refund you in full.
8. Your Responsibilities
- Accurate info: Provide correct contact and payment details.
- Age requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to place an order (or have parental consent).
- Respectful conduct: No harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity on our site or in communications with us.
